Amazing host, fabulous room, great location
This place is definitely value for money. The room was spacious and classy, the facilities were quite good, and the hotel is very close to Dal Lake and several good restaurants. The best part, however, was the host. Kamran bhai helped me get extra water even at 3am. He makes it a point to meet guests in person and he even guided me on my trip to Gurez Valley when he found out I was planning an impromptu expedition. I have biked across 15 states, but I have never met a host as kind and gracious as Kamran bhai. This is definitely where I'd stay if I were to visit Kashmir again.

Faizan bhai is very good, other staffs behavior is well and cooperative. Only power backup issues are bad and request to improve the proper fittings of washroom. My experience overall is good.

Simple sober room , good property near to dal lake and main market ! Staff was nice also loc was safe and nearby to all market places at center of city

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities. The bathroom was also well-equipped, though a few minor upgrades could enhance the experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a pleasant stay. The overall ambiance was relaxing, and the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area. While there were a few small areas for improvement, my experience was still excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay again!

coupleNo hot water, power cut all the night, only a tube light had power backup. Smelly room and blankets. Broken bathroom. Only good thing was its location which is 100 mts from dal lake. If u get it under 1k , u can take it, else avoid it at all cost

couplebook this hotel as last resort only and that too if u get it below 1000. it's not worth more than 1000. very dirty rooms, bathroom broken and smelly , bedsheet and blankets dirty, hot water not available, electric kettle not available, frequent light cuts , only light is supported by backup. non cooperative staff. book only as last resort and under 1000

Not good at all. Non hygienic. Blankets provided were not covered and dirty. Room roof paint was damage.

Location is amazing little bit away from dal lake, walkin distance, service is good, staff is corporative! all over everything is good but wify is little bit slow!
