Excellent Stay
We liked the property, hospitality and facilities provided. Food was good. Alacarte used to take 30 minutes. Service was fast. Food was tasty and well worth the money. Breakfast options were good too. Fruits, juices, tea coffee, cornflakes, bread butter jam eggs, and 3-4 options like upma, idly, poori sagu, dosa sambar etc. were offered in Breakfast. Location was awesome. There was a stream just beside the property and small stream within the property. Honey museum is nearby. Entrance of the property was breathtaking during monsoon. Property is not too far from the main road. All standard facilities were provided in the room like fan, AC, Geyser, refrigerator, TV, electric kettle, dining table. Overall cleanliness was good. Rooms were spacious. Parking space was ample for big SUVs as well. The property has some inclined places so it is recommended to ask for some vehicle from reception for transferring elderly people from rooms to the dining area. Pool was present and folks used it with family and friends.

Beautiful resort
Visited Vythiri for a chill honeymoon. So glad we found Vythiri holiday resort for our staycation. The resort is fabulous. The greenery around is breathtaking and the stream which flows inside the resort is the cherry on top. The staff and their service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place for my friends and family

Terrible stay
family with 1 kidThere was a road work going on in the way the resort, which was not informed at the booking time. when we were about to vacate the hotel, the main gate was not operational and had to make my old parents climb a hill which was too risky. really bad coordination by the hotel staff. Moreover, the toilet flush was not working in both the rooms I booked . the plumber worked till 11pm but couldn't fix it. came with so much expectations ruined to hell.

pool villa veiw is amazing....it was an excellent stay... my kids enjoyed every bit of it... please don't go with the negative reviews... staff is very polite and friendly... language is not an issue as they speak English very well.... food is tasty especially fish and rice.... kids friendly and very very safe environment.... will be visiting again very soon....

Good Stay
We had stayed at the premium pool villa and the 2 bedroom premium villa. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The hospitality was great. The amenities were sufficient to keep us busy for a day. Food too was great.

Family friendly location in a great location
Great location, clean and spacious villas, family friendly, courteous staff, looking forward for another stay at the place. Food could’ve been better with little more options on the buffet dinner.

Conveniently located hotel with excellent service and clean rooms
Propery location was easy to find and just a km from the main road. It is very near to the honey museum. Both dinner and breakfast was good. Rooms were very neat and the service was good as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

familyFood was not good - people were very polite but food preparation and restaurant management has to improve a lot - juice were just put in some plastic jugs - no spoon available and cleanliness has to improve in restaurant

Average Stay
We stayed in a pool villa, however, the pool was not clean. Upon request, they only turned on the filter for the pool. Additionally, the pillows and bedsheets were not well cleaned, and the service was also very poor.

Good stay at vythiri holiday resort
Overall the stay was good but food needs to improve. Staff was kind and helpful. The swimming pool was the best part in the resort with flexible timings cos my kids enjoyed the pool.

Villa stat
familyHi, i booked this as rating was very good. But i'm disappointed with overall experience. 1. The villa room was without ac and in summer season, it was needed. Also, fan was not giving enough air to survive in room. 2. Pool experience was not good. Hygiene was biggest concern. 3. Frequent power cut. We booked two villa for two night, but - first night, we all moved to one villa. In other villa, one fan was very slow and room was suffocating due to temperature. - after 1st night, we decided to checkout. So full one day payment was wasted.

groupResort's location and property was good, full greenery and nice hill views. Breakfast has variety and good in taste. Staffs behavior was friendly and helpful. There might be some difficulty in reaching room location for elderly people. Or you have to call van everytime. The only issue was swimming pool, which was not cleaned. Apart from this everything was satisfactory
