Excellent Stay
Great hospitality by upavan resorts. They help to plan the day trip. Room service was very quick. The rooms were clean and spacious. Great stay for the family.

Poor Stay
The property is not well maintained. It's all full of dampness and rusted. The walls are extremely dirty and not at all good. We felt like we were staying in a godown. The complimentary breakfast did not have any live counters. Dosas and Eggs were already prepared and kept. Not many options. It looked like an very old building named as a resort. Not at all worth the money

Stay was really good staffs and place are really helpful and nice who corporates nicely during out stay . I would definitely recommend this resort for people as location is good , good is good staffs are good all r 5 out of 5.

A good place to stay with your family
We had an amazing stay at Upavan Resort. The staff were very supportive and the resort’s location is excellent — close to nature with beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious, especially the local cuisines. The only area for improvement would be the kids’ play area, which could be better maintained and expanded. Overall, a wonderful experience and great value for money!

Weekend Stay at Upavan
We recently stayed at Upavan resort and overall had a pleasant experience. The location was serene and scenic, offering a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The resort's amenities and services were truly impressive—everything was well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our stay. The food was enjoyable, with good quality and taste across meals. However, the breakfast menu could use some improvement. The options were quite limited, and we felt it lacked variety compared to the rest of the dining experience. Despite that, the resort delivered on comfort and hospitality.

Average Stay
Stayed with family for 3 nights. Food was average but less vegetarian options. The room was ok, and needed some maintenance.

Thanks for the excellent stay
Stay was good and awesome, food as well. Only suggestion I have, please clean and cut the grass on children’s play area.

****Waste of Money… Pathetic…. Terrible Stay****
The property is actually in a terrible state; - rooms are pretty stinky - no power backup - day 1, entire night there was no power supply and when called the reception multiple times only to hear “please wait for 5 mins”, the Manager himself is a pathetic person who don’t have basic manners to talk, he is such a waste guy as he stopped attending calls after sometime - day 2 again same power supply issue - hot water is actually a big joke, never plan with kids especially during rains and winters - prices of buffet dinner are pretty high with food taste and quality having pretty sub-standards; they were actually using small candles to heat food - parking space is pretty limited, we booked 2 rooms there but found it difficult to park even 1 car —-Overall, with the exorbitant prices what this property is charging, the quality, service are no way close to what we expect as customers…. Never recommend this property to anyone….

Loved the stay.
It was a great experience to stay at this resort. They have a lot to offer. Great views. Clouds literally float past your room. Great food. Good service. The rooms are located on hillslopes and they have dedicated car at disposal to drop guests to and fro gate to room. I would like to go back. The staff are great too. Always at help with wide smile. My suggestion: the place is infested with leeches (no fault of the property though. The entire town has the leeches every where) and those will always try to bite. These never come into rooms but are aplenty along the trails within the resort. Proper precautions can prevent you from bites.
