****Waste of Money… Pathetic…. Terrible Stay****
The property is actually in a terrible state; - rooms are pretty stinky - no power backup - day 1, entire night there was no power supply and when called the reception multiple times only to hear “please wait for 5 mins”, the Manager himself is a pathetic person who don’t have basic manners to talk, he is such a waste guy as he stopped attending calls after sometime - day 2 again same power supply issue - hot water is actually a big joke, never plan with kids especially during rains and winters - prices of buffet dinner are pretty high with food taste and quality having pretty sub-standards; they were actually using small candles to heat food - parking space is pretty limited, we booked 2 rooms there but found it difficult to park even 1 car —-Overall, with the exorbitant prices what this property is charging, the quality, service are no way close to what we expect as customers…. Never recommend this property to anyone….

Loved the stay.
It was a great experience to stay at this resort. They have a lot to offer. Great views. Clouds literally float past your room. Great food. Good service. The rooms are located on hillslopes and they have dedicated car at disposal to drop guests to and fro gate to room. I would like to go back. The staff are great too. Always at help with wide smile. My suggestion: the place is infested with leeches (no fault of the property though. The entire town has the leeches every where) and those will always try to bite. These never come into rooms but are aplenty along the trails within the resort. Proper precautions can prevent you from bites.

Experience in Upvan resort
We had an amazing stay at Upvan Resort, Vythiri with our family. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, making it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with beautiful views. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The food was average with less variety. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended for families looking for a serene getaway in Wayanad

Had a wonderful one-day stay at Upavan Resort ! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. The staff were very friendly and made sure everything was comfortable during our visit. Even though it was a short stay, it was truly refreshing. Would definitely love to come back for a longer visit!

Poor Stay
The rooms were good. Since it was raining heavily and the restaurent is far from the room that was alotted to us no support was provided by the resort management and asked us to mange it by ourselves. Also, the swimming was not clean the water was very dirty. There were no hair dryers in the room and the electric kettle was not working as well overall the experience was bitter. But the food taste was good in the restaurent.

Average Stay
The property was good, but they have 2 different rates for the SPA when you ask for the 15% discount mentioned in the MMT app If I have to avail the discount, I would be billed and then 15% is reduced which brings the price back to the original one If I don’t get billed, I cannot avail the discount How is billing and non-billing linked to the discount? It should be one price that should include the tax too. It’s just tax theft

I had a pleasant stay at Upavan Resort. The food was good, and the room was very spacious and clean. The property is well-maintained with plenty of space to walk around and relax. The pool was clean and inviting, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. Overall, a great experience!

Average Stay. Location - Easy to find. Property - Not Feel like a Resort Rooms - Good but not meet the Resort Standards. Food - Ver Good. Good standard food Sports - Bad Experiance. Broken Badminton and Airless Basket Ball Hospitality - Staffs are not professional. Lack of experiance to handle Guests Overall average stay Not Suggesting for a resort option.

Location, room, maintenance and cleanliness were good... But complementary breakfast was much worse.. since there were less guests they didn't provide a buffet.. the options given for ala carte were also very limited and same for all three days.. options available were only dosa varieties and poori...
