familywe had booked 2rooms for5persons@ around 20 k,and expected standard for that amount, Not at all value for money,we could get better hotel at wayanad at that time for this price. I would give 4 to 5 star rate,if it was half the price

Great stay. Best cooperative staffs
Rooms were very clean. Staff were excellent. I specially thanks to mr. Akhil, manager for his cooperation throughout our stay. I left my clothes in the room. He came all through 30 km and delivered it on my way.

familyResort has good ambiance, clean rooms and good washroom, indoor and outdoor game’s facilities are also nice, pool is big and have swimming equipments for kids. Helpful and smiling staffs everywhere, its a good place especially for family. I would definitely recommend

Extremely courteous staff and clean, neat place
familyThe place is well maintained and clean. The property has sufficient place for kids to run and around and play too. The best part of the stay was the service. The staff go above and beyond to customize requirements as per your requests. The food was good, but the only drawback was morning coffee service starts only by 7 and food by 8. 30, which was quite disappointing since we had plans for early morning

Excellent Stay
I had the pleasure of staying at fern tree resort with my wife, and we were overall very satisfied with our experience. One aspect that stood out to us was the exceptional hospitality provided by the staff. Akhil benny, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was always available with a smile to assist us with anything we needed. We were also impressed by the attentive service provided by the guy serving food, who ensured that we never had to ask for anything during our meals. Speaking of meals, we found the food to be good and enjoyed all three meals at the resort, which were included. The ambience of the resort was pleasant, and we found the entire facility to be well-maintained. However, it should be noted that the access road to the property can be a bit tricky for cars with less ground clearance, although it is easily accessible from mananthavady. Overall, we had a positive experience at fern tree resort and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and hospitable getaway.

My review
First of all no road to the property, food is terribly bad, mosquitoes are there, water in the bathroom doesn’t have pressure, mattress is like stone. All together very bad experience.

Average Stay
pros: the hotel has a good swimming pool. the rooms are nice. the view from the rooms are good. cons: it is highly overpriced. even in the times of highest demands, any payment over for this hotel may be too much. the hotel just has 16 rooms, and is built up on just 1 acre land. it cannot be called a resort. resorts usually have a very big land area. the is almost no variety in breakfast compared to good hotels. they served only poori sabzi and appam and bread butter in breakfast. there was no sweet dish in regular dinner. on asking, they served fruit salad as sweet dish. the road to the hotel is narrow and broken.

Excellent Stay
They provided spacious room and room was very neat. Overall, good experience in resort. Only issue we faced is connecting road towards resort which is damaged.

familyOverall experience was ok. Property is clean and well maintained. Small property. Looks big in photo but not as big as it looks. Food is good and made as per requirement but not too many options. Very limited food options (especially veg. The staff was good and ready to help. Property location is quite inside with a good view from the room. The location is outside of main city. Plan your sightseeing well in advance as you will have to travel far.

familyThe place is located at the outskirts of wayanad city. It looks really good when you reach the place and the room was also clean. I stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights, no one bothered to come and change the bed sheets and towels, had to call them to refill the tea bags, no one came to clean the room. Maybe due to pandemic, their kitchen was not fully functional. I had to order 2-3 hours in advance for lunch and dinner. Most of the things in the menu was not available and they had their fixed menu to provide. Staffs were friendly but the place charged me more than the kind of service they provided.

For leisure trip this place is excellent
If you are going with your family for a leisure trip then this is would be an excellent place to visit. They provided breakfast and it was good in quality and service. The hotel was new so they were not that much organized. The hotel was very much neat and clean.
