It was a bad experience for me. It was not worth the money. The photos and everything showed a luxury experience, but the staff was rude and the room was not that luxurious. Also the bathrooms ceiling was falling appart.

The hotel rooms were highly congested, hardly any space in wash room to move. Lock not working in wash room, tv cable not working, no room service, no response from reception despite having made more than 10 calls for hot water in bathroom. I requested makemytrip to cancel my booking on first day itself, but the executive who spoke with me on 16. 6. 24 morning told me that he will come back in 5 minutes, but never turned up! overall, both stay in hotel and assistance from makemytrip was a very bad. I regret having booked a hotel through makemytrip
