I have Booked rooms for today 12/10/2025. I have welcomed with a bad room (entirely different from the image on male my trip application) which was absolutely dirty and haven't seen water in.. like may be never. They have posted fake pictures in booking sites. I have booked room from Make my trip - attached currently uploaded images form the app while the booking is still active. I have tried contacting make my trip customer care 14 times- screenshot attached. They didn't cared to resolve or cancel the booking. I have made the booking today around 2pm. Reached by 7pm. They made me and my family wait at sit out area for 3 whole hours by telling that they will provide better room. After 10pm i have booked another hotel in nearby area and left the place. None of the amenities informed in the app where not available. No toiletries,mineral water,wifi, breakfast - caretaker told will not be provided which was already available in booking, not even a clean materss. They provided mattress with foul smell which was making vomiting sensation. This was my 1st homestay experience. I will not let it slide. There will be consumer case soon.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunnywoodz Homestay, The place is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by natural beauty perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities. The hosts were extremely warm and welcoming, always ready to help with local tips and arrangements. I especially appreciated the quiet environment and beautiful views from the property. Overall, Sunnywoodz offers a great balance of comfort, hospitality, and nature. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to return again.

1.Standard room picture update in MakymyTrip is incorrect. Both the pictures mentioned in the advertisement is suite room. Standard room picture was not the actual one. 2.Standard room was full of alcohol smell and there is no water heater in it. 3. TV was not working in Suite room. TV has problem connecting to Internet. 4. Breakfast was not offered at this place. They help to arrange the food from restaurant. 5. Standard room was a simple bedroom even without locks and we can't lock the room. Probably idle for bachelor's for partying. Strongly advise this place is not ideal for family with kids Host 1. Care taker waa nice person and he was supporting in whatever we ask
