The hotel was neat and comfortable, offering great value for money. The amenities were well-maintained and convenient. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay.

We found this stay via MMT app while looking for stays in Wayanad. We stayed in OPUS room and I must say it was a very pleasant stay. Hospitality was great and food was good.

Comfortable stay . Housekeeping team and front office team were exceptional. Will be back next year .

Room and amenities are good only but the food and service was not good and the reception behaviour was horrible and terrible... Never choose it again

A newly renovated property in the heart of Sultan Batthery city, ideal for travellers who want to explore Wayanad due to its convenient location in the district. The hotel was well managed with polite and helpful staff. They were very supportive of the need for travellers to know more about the area, promptly sharing a printed itinerary when asked about places to visit. The kitchen service and menu options could be a tad better but were by no means sub standard. Overall a very pleasant stay in a very well managed property.

I had booked this property with extra price for balcony view including breakfast but no outside view was available. However room was good but food quality is not up to the mark. Breakfast options are very few and all are south indian. Recommending to everyone to take food from outside instead of hotel.

Excellent and wonderful hospitality. Restaurant and house keeping department are doing well. Its good to add more menu in break fast. I recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives who visit wayamadu

It’s a great 3 star facility hotel situated in the main road and the good thing is the parking is vast and safe - staffs are pretty nice, rooms are extraordinarily great !

Non ac room does not have ventilation. They had closed the broken windows and curtained it. It was beret stuffy and no. Air circulation and price is also very high. Images not taken as we were in hurry. Room no 308

Courteous staff and prime location. Since they have a restaurant in the same premises, we get a good dining experiences as well.

Clean and tidy room. Nice room service. Humble room service staffs. Hotel has a guide document about nearby places to visit this really helps new visitors to plan accordingly
