Wall fan was there in both the rooms. No cleanness was there. Service was not good.

Poor rooms and worst condition

This property is not clean and maintained, they clean only the bed, all other area are dirty, Even the surrounding are not maintained well,bathrooms are dirty and windows and ceelings are not clean

Property location is good. 100m away from highway. Staffs were very helpful and supportive. Rooms were clean and good. Bathroom taps, curtains, lights etc were little old and an update would enhance the overall feel of the stay very much.

Very Low quality maintain. I think no guest now a days and they didn't maintain the property. in Washroom the commod is brocken and shower tap is brocken.

There was no facility for food and the property needs to be maintained well. They didn’t even provide us towels.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day stay at Mangoosteen. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We appreciated having the option to order food from the nearby restaurant directly to our room with a convenient delivery charge. The hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wayanad.

Staying was very good. Neat and clean rooms and toilet

The property was nothing like in pictures. It was smelling so bad in the room. Even the powers cuts were for 3-4 hours, the range of wifi was not working, the beds were bad. Everything qas so bad i could not sleep the entire night. So awful

It was a really great experience. The stay and the service was good. Really liked wayanad as a place and the weather was soo good. Adding like a cherry on top the. Food was really amazing

No neet ness, dirty blankets, no holder for bathroom door, no wifi, housefly in d room, no room service

The view from our room was nice but the room was not clean enough and had common windows for the rooms as well as bathroom. Not enough privacy. Do not suggest to go here. Not worth the money.

Excellent stay. Property situated 200m away from roadside and sounds with nature was top notch experience. Further staffs are well assistive too.

Location was very good and peaceful, cool weather, surroundings, food from taj restaurant is delicious, gets delivered at the property free of cost, services, amenities and host were top notch.
