The room was smelly, dingy. There was no drinking water in the room. The walls were leaking from within.

Room was not maintained well drinking glass i think its never washed and bathroom heater is off during night time they said this is what they do then no electricity at all in the night overall its very bad experience not worth for the money

When the Kerala Electric Department was off, the backup was turned on and the light and fan in your room were working fine. They said hot water can be turned on after the government's electric connection. If there was any dust on the glass, you should have told us and we would have changed it. And you didn't book in Taj Hotel, our hotel is budget friendly, hearing your complaint it would seem that we charged you 5 star facility charges. We have also given you the maximum in the facility. 1-WiFi 2- Kettle 3-two double size bed 3-Tea and coffee sashes 4-towel 5- Soap 6-smart tv 7 - wardrobe

4- good. Abdul bhai was very friendly and he guided me on the places around to visit. I would recommend if in-house food is served, please keep a goodnight mosquito coil or so.

It was a really nice place and a nice hotel. Also it was clean and neat. The only thing missing was the view and adequate drinking water supply.
