The property offers a stunning view of the tea gardens all across (180 degrees) and the rooms were pristine clean (especially the washrooms. We had booked the breakfast plan, and mind you - the caretaker (harman) makes amazing breakfast, spoiling you with multiple options to choose from! extremely helpful and warm he was - would love to come back and stay here.

I have mixed views of the place. Let me explain. Pros: The view from the property is amazing. If you are looking for staycation, it’s a very good place. The caretaker, Herman is very courteous and helpful. Makes amazing tea and breakfast. The place is silent and serene. Cons: The place is quite remote and the parking is not easy. If the parking next to the road (which can accommodate 2 cars) is full, your driving skills will be put to test. In all, it’s a good staycation place with a good view. It’s is not a luxury resort. It’s a clean regular home.

First of all, location of this place is very tricky. It's a small homestay that has one person who barely manages to checkin the guests. Don't expect hot water, soap etc that you would expect. Food needs to be ordered from outside. Also the owner gave me false promise that he will refund my partial cancellation. I stayed in only room despite booking 2 rooms. They talk nicely when you are there and once you check out, they will talk differently. Highly recommend families to avoid this so called garden home! very disappointed.

This property has excellent views of the valley below and the manager as well as the staff take great care of the visitors. The approach to the property is a bit tricky as this is on a hill top. There are steep climbs to reach here, so we need to drive in low gears. The property is a bit far from nearby shops and so we need to purchase whatever we want in advance. They also provide an option to cook for you and the taste was good. On our last day, we even got barbecue done here, and the food was cooked properly. There was an option of bonfire as well, but we did not have time. All in all a very peaceful stay away from the hustle of life.

Property was really good. Breakfast was average. People were good, supportive. Only the thing was bed was different and bathroom lock has problem but it was manageable

We expected much from this hotel/holiday home, but it was forgettable experience. 1. This hotel was situated edge of the hill area and reaching to hotel was bumpy ride. 2. We asked for balcony room which we did not get. 3. Bed size was little, small along with child compared to other hotels which we experienced. 3. Food is expensive since they order from nearest restaurant. 4. Morning breakfast was not at all good they were reluctant to make food freshly and more over they give some excuses. Overall, the cost of the stay is too expensive with the kind of service which they provided. Quite over rated. Can get better hotels with this price

It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. This place is very well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience i would highly recommend this place and i would definitely want to come back to this place again.

Arguably best location for a family holiday in wayanad, the views is mesmerizing. Service is good and you will get perfect homely food cooked on order.

Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights 3 days and our experience was unforgettable. The view from the room was spectacular that i used to look forward to the next morning so that i can wake up looking at that view. The house keeping staff is also very friendly. He cooked puri-bhaji, idli, dosa and nariyal chutney for breakfast which was as good as a home cooked meal. Only drawback is, it is far away from many tourist attractions but it worked for us since we were looking for a place to relax and unwind.

The property were cool🤩and the owner and there staffs were very friendly 🫶🏻and the view from villa is beautiful 💫 we can see the chembra peek and other mountains with full of green atmosphere and even the early morning the bedroom view is insane with fog #koda and birds wind..

Cannot describe in words. The valley view from room is awesome. The caretakers are responsible and supportive. The owner is very kind. The food is decent.

Good hospitality, nice at-mos and well maintained rooms. Very good view for sunrise also. Kitchen facility also available for anytime fooding.

I think room price should be low, price and stay is not matching. So tell owner to decrease price on stay
