Property was so comfortable and we had hot water too..where we can not find in some hotels. Good amenities as well

Room with no towel , no water bottle , no proper bed sheets , not clean , in bathroom full insects and flies

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is couple friendly. Hospitality of the people is very good. Only Concern was, Mobile internet (both airtel and Jio) was not working inside the room and also television was giving some noise when running. It would be good if they repair. But I will surely recommend this hotel.

Hotel has entry from small Street, this shouldn't create wrong presumptions. It has huge parking space. Provides camp fire, Good hotels for meals are nearby Wilton (2. 5km), Jubilee (1. 9km) - Should try both the hotels for amazing dishes (Do not eat anything other than Kerala parotta and fish curry (non-veg) when you are in Kerala territory) All Wayanad sightseeing are not too far off. Hotel is newly built, maintained well, clean, awesome, hot water round the clock, and worth for money.

Location of the hotel is average. Room cleanliness is good as well as beds also. Bed size is quite big as compare to double bed. Facilities are not so good like TV channels are not subscribed. Lights are very low brightness etc. Overall, hotel is good as per the price. I will recommended this hotel for night staying only.

Location of hotel is 2 km away from Sulthan Bathery.. Only near to Muthanga wild life park... But all other places in Wayanad much far away from this location... No restaurant due to Diwali holiday chef was on so no break fast good thing is they refunded that breakfast amount. Hotel manager suggested good places to visit and saved our time too.

It was great stay for a night to relax with friends. And instant service was provided on request! Rooms neatly maintained and well cleaned. Reasonable stay with the offer online. Would like to prefer this residency again if we had to happen that way any a time.

Perfect for budget stay. Services were good. Had difficulty in finding the hotel since the location on google maps was given wrong. Badminton court available to spend time playing while stay.
