Descent Stay. Good facilities and very close to main road. They don’t provide food. They didn’t charge me anything extra for early morning check in

The property was clean, a little dark but clean. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and fast. The bathrooms could have been cleaned up a bit more, otherwise good experience.

It is really amazing hotel . With amazing location . We loved it. It is a must visit hotel. Staff is very very kind . And plus perfect location for all the places.

Reception guy woke us up at 11.30 pm in the middle of night. He was ringing our door bell, calling at our extension to ask us to remove our car. Finally, turned out it was not even our car Room, bathroom was smelling badly. No room boys, absolutly no service, hospitality. Felt as if we have to pay those guys even to get a smile out of their faces

Rooms are good. But no breakfast, no restaurant, no service available. No person to attend while checking in to take luggage to room

The hotel is at a prime location but not on the main road it is 50m inside a lane, so that is good! Kalpetta bus stand is within 500m. lots of food options nearby. There is a hypermarket very nearby. The room was very good and clean with amenities. The staff was also helpful and friendly. We were happy with our stay at Zubis Inn.

Hotel staff were very much courteous and cooperative. Rooms were excellent with all type of amenities. Cleanliness was exceptional. I would like to give overall rating of five stars. Thanks to makemytrip for arranging zubisinn for a great experience.

In hotel room and bathroom was clean. Reception people are cool. Everything was good. I will give 5/5 rating.

Receptionist welcomed us warmly, we can stay as if it's our place, no complementary food but got a return gift during checkout, separate room for luggages you can place it and get it back after shopping, nice stay.

The best stay in kalpetta. The stay was very cozy and staff was very friendly and let us do early check in. Wonderful stay and would recommend people to have a stay at this place.

Rooms were properly cleaned, well maintained and had a good ambience inside. Staff was soft spoken, supportive (as expected) and was able to speak hindi as well (unexpected. Overall it was nice experience.

Its good hotel in kalpetta main road. Rooms are clean and neat. Direct booking might be cheaper. Hotel options available near main road. Washroom could have been bigger.

It was a nicely maintained hotel. Good hotels and shopping places nearby. Service was also good. Only thing which was of little trouble was ease of getting hot water for bath. We stayed in family room which had 2 queen size beds. A 4 seater sofa in common hall kind of setup.

Good stay, close to market area, helpful staff, good food options close by. All in all a good experience. Highly recommended.
