Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were modern, and the view from the room was lovely. One of the highlights was the food – absolutely delicious! Whether it was the breakfast buffet or dinner service, every meal was fresh and flavorful. My recent experience at this hotel with my family and had a very disappointing experience. The ambience is not at all suitable for families. The parking area is right in front of a local bar, and we had to park our car in a zigzag manner while drunkards were roaming around—definitely not a safe or comfortable environment for a family. The room was just okay, but not worth the amount charged. The AC was not working when we checked in. I reported it immediately, and a technician came and simply adjusted something on the remote. I had clearly asked them to fix it properly. After returning from sightseeing, the AC was still in the same condition. At 12:30 AM, another technician came, checked it, and claimed it was fixed—but honestly, he had zero knowledge about ACs. Eventually, the hotel staff arranged a room change at 1 AM, which was a major inconvenience, especially with family. Also, the hotel listing on your site shows a swimming pool, but what’s actually there is just a small water tub—very misleading! It is truly disappointing to find such a poorly maintained and unsuitable property in a beautiful tourist destination like Wayanad. This hotel is not suitable for families at all. I request MakeMyTrip to seriously review this listing and its family rating to prevent others from having the same bad experience.

With regard to the Guest safety we have appointed enough security personnel and the nearest police station is 2 minutes walking distance from the Hotel. Our Hotel is a four star classified Hotel with Bar , Bar is part of our business and we cannot restrict guests who comes for Bar usage . Same time we are ensuring the safety of our guests with CCTV and Security staffs . This Hotel is located by the heart of the city adjacent to the main bus stand ,always police is available in the said area.. with regard to our car parking area it's by the basement ,for Guest convenience we have appointed valet drivers too at the reception entrance you may have utilised the same . Technical glitches certain time it's beyond our limit , we have spared few rooms exclusively for shifting the guests in case of technical failures. We request you to give us one more opportunity on your next visit to serve you better and will ensure that you will not face any challenges . Regards Management Indriya

the staff have no clue or care about customer experience. the hotel is neta but the view is terrible. there is no point in having a breath taking view next to the hotel. the hotel has not made use of it at all in anyways. the food was on but overall experience was bad
