We had a very bad experience at Fez Inn Hotel. While we were in our room at midnight, a room boy suddenly opened the door with his access card and entered without knocking. This was extremely shocking and frightening.
I immediately called the reception, and they admitted it was their mistake, saying there was no proper check-in because their system was not updated. But this is unacceptable, especially for us as a couple with kids staying late at night—we expect safety, privacy, and security in a hotel.
On top of this, the room was having a king-size bed, but we got a queen-size instead. The breakfast had no non-veg curries. In the room, there was only one jug for water, and whenever we needed more, we had to call them. They would take the same bottle, refill it, and return it—highly inconvenient.

Dear Mr. Rineesh,
We are truly sorry to hear about the unpleasant experience you and your family faced during your recent stay with us. Please accept our deepest apologies for the incident where our staff member entered your room without proper authorization. We completely understand how distressing this must have been, especially for your family, and we acknowledge that this is a serious lapse in privacy and security, which is unacceptable.
We have already taken corrective action to ensure this does not happen again, including strengthening our check-in and access protocols, as well as retraining our team to strictly follow privacy and security procedures.
We also regret the inconveniences you faced regarding the bed allocation, breakfast options, and water service. Your feedback has been shared with the respective departments so immediate improvements can be made.
Your safety, comfort, and trust mean everything to us, and we are committed to restoring your confidence in our hospitality. We sincerely hope you will allow us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
