Superior room neat, cozy vibe

Try to provide all channels in the television. I thought of a city view room. but it was not like that.

As far as the location is concerned, it was an ideal location. The food, we only had breakfast which was average and the same thing served daily. We had an issue with the rooms, they were located right next to a pub attached to the hotel, hence was very noisy. We asked for a change in rooms which we were given, but were downsized from superior deluxe to ordinary rooms. When we raised the issue we were not compensated in any way, nor did anyone acknowledge and or accept their fault. As far as service in the rooms, too we had to make repeated requests for anything that was required. Overall an average experience.

it is a fairly new place under a new name and with upgraded facilities. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but this was a welcome change and I enjoyed the stay. rooms were spacious and well lit. excellent supply of toiletries and bed linen added to the comfort. The infinity pool and sports center helped to pass the time well. only item to be improved is the breakfast menu which could have a live item like appam, would be nice.

Room were good but despite of informing that early check inn they charged 2200 only for 4 hours extra and breakfast is below avarage

The room size is really very small , bathroom shower glass was broken, service is slow. but team is kind and nice.

The location is on the main road, very easy to find, the service from the reception to the room was so great. The food quality, quantity and taste is remarkable... Dont miss The breakfast menu was great. You will find a very resto bar also here, when i visited the DJ there was awsome... 👍🏻👍🏻worderstay stay at Calicut

Loation is good easily accessible. Staff is courteous and friendly. Room clean and tidy. Food - breakfast okay. Timings 7:30 is bit late for us we were to leave for a function by 8am Biggeast Drawback is wash room. It is too crampy and don't have dry and wet area divisions. Once you have bath whole bathroom will become wet.

Had a nice stay.. Located in the Calicut's commercial core.. Food, amenities and services are excellent.

Food is good and priced well.. location is right in the heart of the crowded city.. they did not have a hairdryer in the washroom. The corridors are a bit dingy. Overall the property is decent.
