Worst stay ever We were travelling from erkm to wayanad and picked this hotel to stay The location is terrible like we have to make an adventure trip to reach there and want to submit our car key in the desk. No lift or attender to assit or just show the room . The stair and corridors were like ksrtc bus stand and spits all over the steps and walls also all the used bedsheets piled up in the stairs like a dustbin. We were shocked to see the room cz its entirely diff than the pics locks and sockets were broken and lights were burned off. When we just remove the bedsheet we saw a used earbuds with wax and few cigarettes ashes on the bed and bed and pillows smells like some one being used and they just handed over to us without cleaning. The room smell like rotting meat and in the washroom the closet is with yellow stain and we felt like start to vomit. We bought food from paragan to eat wen we reach in the hotel but we couldn’t wen we turned on the ac all the dust was spreading all over the room , my cosuin started to having breath issues and dizziness and i had headache after spending a 30 minuets we had checked out at the same time by saying in the desk pls provide basic cleanliness in the room. they didnt even provide any basic cleanliness or at least a bottle water . So im requesting u guys to not choose this hotel for anyone especially family this isnt a good place to stay and stay away from it .

Romm not clean , No drinking water, & cockroach distrub, ac complaint- drop water.....................

lights were not working on first room they gave me so I asked for change of room.and the only available room was filthy as hell door knob of bathroom was broken shelf was also broken bed was notat all comfortable

Very terrible experience i have got from this property

The stay was very bad, which I have booked was breakfast included and when I reach the property they were saying they don’t have in-house restaurant I told them I have paid for the meal they just told me to talk with the customer care and which is I have spoken and they told me that they will make sure that I will get refunded, bedroom and bathroom were smell cigarettes smoke and cigarette ash were found bed side table. I won’t recommend this property to any.

Actually we were disappointed. Because the stay was absolutely awful. They don’t even cleaned the room. They did not changed the bed sheets pillow covers and the comforter. And one of the pillows was very old and very dirty. They don’t have a phone in that room. And don’t have proper towels for a shower. Bathroom door was broken. First thing that the room was not cleaned properly. And the bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty. That time we didn’t have any options. So we stayed there. Moreover we reached there 12 pm. But they allowed the room at 1. 30 pm only. shows the check in time is 12 pm. We had a very bad experience.

When i reach hotel to checkin they ask extra money and their behavior and approach was very rude. Denied my checkin and i talk with my partner and they arranged alternative stay after 2hrs of my communication. Its horrible experiance with this property. Dont recommend to any one.

Worst experience, room was not cleaned enough, compensation breakfast not available which i have paid for, poor service

I felt very worst things are there , bed,bedsheet, pillows are expired a long ago. Not recomended, for who thinking about hygiene…

The room was not clean and not neat and not arranged. All we could see was waste and the washroom was terrible with a foul smell. I suggest everyone not to visit there anymore. This place is not as per the image says.

Absolute rip off, paid in advance based on the snaps, saw property absolute crap soiled bedsheets, wasn't happy asked for cancelling and also cancelled, but refund was not processed stating the Property manager has checked us in, and even though it was advertised 100 ℅ REFUND on cancellation they never paid it back, Never checked in, ruined the entire day...never would recommend to anyone.

Service sucks 😷 unhygienic. Untidy no parking and no security for family. I will never recommend this to any one. Watch out for bugs and mosquitoes. Nightmare.

Had to wait long for the room even after check in time. Poor service, unhealthy because of insects terrible service. Do not stay there

The room facilities are misleading. The stay is providing none of them. I paid 1800 above for the room and it only has an ac. I am totally unsatisfied with the stay.

Stayed there 3 nights, was a pleasant experience, rooms where so clean and the team were helpful about all requests

Dealing of staff worse, no hot water, air conditioner leaking, no glass, no kettle, no tissue papers

The room we booked was with tv, but when we checked in the tv was not working and on informing them they said they said it is the last deluxe room they had, and had to pay another 500 for another room

Terrible hospitality and rooms weren't clean and i paid for breakfast and they didn't provide breakfast

Stay was very nice. Staff is good. Environment is friendly. Facilities are very good. Rooms are neat and clean.
