The hotel is near the famous hotel Maharani in Kozhikode and is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The hotel is very spacious and has a very nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overall it was a great stay. The hotel also had great amenities and a great location. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Kozhikode.

I booked a Junior Suite expecting a comfortable stay, but was extremely disappointed. The bathroom was not cleaned properly — there were stains and an unpleasant smell, clearly showing poor hygiene and maintenance. This is unacceptable, especially for a suite room. Definitely not worth the price. Would not recommended

Property Location was good. I find Property online MMT, their restaurant doesn't have food facilities. they provide breakfast only, Time 8AM to 10 AM. (needs to extend 11 AM). amenities are very poor, hot water not coming under maintenance for 3 days, (early morning I need hot water for bath), AC frequently off-on facing trouble, service poor.
