No specific room was allotted as per booking.Management has no professional approach.Hot water supplied only on demand(No continuous supply)

I am extremely disappointed with the service in my luxury room. There is no hot water in bathroom pipeline, and the bathroom is blocked, which has caused a very unpleasant experience. This is unacceptable, especially considering the premium price paid for the stay.

Zero cleanness and bad smell all over the room, bathroom is too small, dust on the couch, used towels and kettles, mainly the sound of the train, it is located right next to the stataion, so the sound is so annoying and wont be able to sleep at all, location was good . Never going to book yhus place

Location was good, but the room had some issues: 1. Not cleaned properly 2. Mosquitoes and insects in the room and bed 3. Room looked old and outdated Food was okay, but the room experience was disappointing.

Rooms are very bad. It’s not clean First time I came. They have given backside rooms that was good. Now. They have given road side, not clean

Made the booking on this hotel by seeing the photos, actually room was pretty spacious but room was filled with cigarette smell, torned bedsheets, full cockroaches , will never recommend this hotel to family

They do not give me a premium ac room they first give a local ac room that is not well maintained and very uncomfortable. Then I asked for a premium ac room they then shifted to a normal ac room again.I ordered a premium ac room that has cattle and hot water and complementary food . I'll give review

The room is different from the picture given in the website. The ac is not working properly and the hand-shower is leaking . Fan in the room produced loud sound which cause irritation.

It was just average. The food was not good and room was little smelly(cigarette smell)

Thought it would be good but it was a bad experience. i never choose one day palace. Staff's are not hospitable they were rude and the property is not worth the money. overpriced. the only positive thing about the property is near Railway station. I don't recommend it if you are looking for a good service.

Worst experience inever had

booked premium room, got an ordinary one worth not the price. poor service, no bathing towels. very much disappointed. i wish to get a premium room which was booked.. plz look into this. not even worth. so terrible it is.. check this👆🏾it clearly says premium ac

This property i shown in rooms are standard rate thats why i prefer this hotel and ate food from there its good but the food service make much better

We didn’t get any wifi as described in the rule book and the rooms where smelly and didn’t even get water to drink from there we requested them to provide but they didn’t even care
