Span Hotel

no towels in the room. no blankets in the AC and Non AC room. suddenly power goes off in AC room for 1 hour. very worst room service. no hot water in the room, geyser was broken. no hot water in Non AC room. we have called 15 to 20 times for small things like towels, soap and water. no lights in the porch and other areas. No proper vehicle parking, have to park on oter side. restaurant food at 2nd floor, it was terrible, served yesterday's food. no taste please do not book this hotel and waste ur money.

The worst room , I ever stayed . The room is very old, wardrobe is fully broken, bathroom not hygienic. Pests are inside the hotel. It's not a three star property.

It was really a terrible experience. This is not even worth 150 rupees. There are no locks for rooms and even toilets also. Dirty pillows and bedsheets have not even been washed for a long time. There are no plug points for phones. Televisions are a very, very old model. Public toilet seats are much better than this. There is no regulator for fan speed controls. I really felt I lost my money. I will not recommend this for anyone. If you have no other options and even a public dormitory is not available, then stay here.

i had taken the non ac room to fresh up only.its just average. i wont recommend same room for 1 full day stay for family . if u are a solo traveler and u need to fresh up only then its ok

Room, belongings & behaviour of staff except canteen staff were comfortable. The canteen staff behaved badly.

Room was dirtier than the cow shed and had a nasty smell. I had to stay there because me and family reached late night at 1 am.No bed sheets were given. Train bathroom was better than this one. Early mng we checked out and moved to other property. Worst experience via make my trip. Never booking stay again via this one. One hell of a night with cockroaches spiders and lizards

It had broken dustbins, no geyser, hot water, kettle, or dental kit despite these being mentioned in the room details. Good atmosphere, but some receptionist say lot of rules. Vistors are not allowed. Bed is not comfortable. I booked ac double room. Two separate beds attached to family coat. Night sleep was little bit uncomfortable

Good service and easily reachable from kozhikode railway station and worth it for the quoted price of rent.

Bad experience

They asked extra payment of early check in and didn't give the receipt for that. Even though i paid extra payment, they calculated only 24 hours.

This hotel location is very good. Peaceful, calm environment, hotel staff are very helpful, their approach to customers is great. I have been staying this hotel since last 3 years
