The overall stay was comfortable… the staffs were friendly and available… the room was in pretty clean and neat condition with proper bedding and air conditioning. The only issue was with the tv not working and the kettle provided was not clean and had base… except that the stay was very comfortable. Thank you.

The room was in very poor condition, and the bed was full of insects/bugs, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. This is not the level of service or cleanliness I expected from your hotel. I kindly request you to take immediate action regarding this matter and ensure that such issues do not happen again to other guests. I also expect appropriate compensation or an alternative arrangement for the inconvenience caused.
