bathroom is very dirty and rooms are note cleaned,price is too high.staffs are good.for 2000 rupees we can get twin beds ,its worst deal

Stay was very comfortable. This hotel is located in the prime location. Room was compact and perfect for 2 people. Washroom was clean. Staffs were friendly. Over it was a excellent choice

Waste property,I'm really disappointed

bed not locked in floor ,and wifi not available in room . cleaning and service is good. .

The room they provided was terrible. Even the bed sheets were not washed properly, and they were torn here and there. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. I cannot even adequately describe the unhygienic situation I experienced.

The hotel had very good accommodation facilities. It is also within walking distance to the railway station. That is very good.

room not good, looking like dirty, towels and bedsheets not cleaned. the property mostly using bad smell not hygiene. when i talen stay 6 months before it was good now management not doing any maintainance properly.

Tv unit is not working because screen display is completly breaked. There is heater to get hot water.

The room I booked looked nothing like the photos advertised. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to find: - Unclean room with stained bedsheets and dirty, torn pillows - No towels provided initially; despite two calls, only one towel was delivered, and the promised second towel never arrived - A non-functional phone, forcing me to search for the receptionist's number online and call from my personal phone - A dirty bathroom The discrepancies between the advertised photos and the actual room were striking. The lack of cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and poor communication from the staff made for a disappointing stay. Only the good part is it was near to railway station. Rating: 1/5 stars

Good and neat room, also very specious room bathroom and all

The room and the location was pretty good. Thenservice provided was also upto thenmark. But we were allotted with double bed and what we opted was for a single bed which caused a lot if trouble

Staffs behaviour and service is good but property is not good as shown in the picture and the room size is very small and no cub boards for keeping the dress.

This hotel deserves 6/10 rating, doesn’t worth this much amount. the bed was very bad,2 single beds jointed,thats ok but it very very light weighted,it will move away by a small movements, and the air conditioning doesn’t work well, we cant adjust the temperature.

Location is easily accessible to anyone, nearest to Kozhikode railway station. The amenities are not expected type of goods, I booked AC king size bedroom but they provided to me 2 single bedded room, while sleeping the beds going separately and I slept the gap between the beds. Also during night the AC was automatically switched off and once the AC restarted, no cooling in the room. Late night too much hot in the room, unable to sleep.
