Hotel O Madhurapuri

There is no lift in this property, and they have only room at third floor they said, and each time even for food delivery we have to use stairs, and toilet wasnt clean there was cigarette cuts, ants every where in room, also ac wasnt working properly,, this was completely disappointing stay, hope they improve, anyway i won't even look for this property in future, also in mmt this stay was with meal plan, nobody even listened from mmt when i asked about this

Fan was not working light was not working there were no hote water in bathroom otherwise everything was o key room was clean and towel and soap was provided but the service was so poor

Room is good at this rate. But service required to be improved

The room was okay however tv was not working. A complementary breakfast was missing which was later refunded.

Rooms are not well maintained there are spider nets toiletries are not provided water was charged bed sheets were not properly cleaned and pillows were smelling

It was a fake booking. We were denied our stay. We were not refunded

No cooling ac and they are not even providing drinking water

1. 1. 1. 1. I can't check in that hotel. This is very bad and obviously terrible treatment from your side. I am waiting outside the hotel for 3 to 4 hours with my grandfather, he is not well why because the hotel team told me that they are not registered in your app. One thing l will inform you guys i already complaint this issue into my police station and decided to move legally on the basis of issue that i faced in that night.
