Very worst food

Location is good , but my stay in this hotel was absolute nightmare, particularly travelling with a baby , the bed linen was not only visibly dirty but also had terrible, stale Odor, the water heater was completely non functional , trying to bathe a baby with cold water is not just inconvenient, it’s practically impossible and incredibly stressful, I chose the hotel because it is managed by a reputed hotel group known for quality and service also property owned by well known and respected organisation,I complained many time this issue to reception ,

Al hind calicut tower property is very good in calicut there staff behavior is also good n room is very clean like 5 star property's

Rooms were clean and well kept. Very close to the railway station

good stay and food also good. Lift facility always busy so difficult to move. Need to improve room facilities

I booked an executive standard ac room. The description sent it had a king size bed. But they gave me a twin bed room

I am not spending more time in hotel room. But i like it because i am regular customer of alhind. I had to book the hotel through an agency by mistake. Since i am a regular customer, i had to pay about rs. 800 more than what i was supposed to get for this room. I also missed out on the complimentary breakfast.

Ac is not cooling and overall cleaning is not good, balcony area not clean, breakfast items are less, lift is busy, blanket are old one, tooth paste and brush not available, corridors not cleaned well

Staffs behaviour is good and room is neat but narrow feeling. Breakfast os very good. Over all 6/10 point

Cleanliness is not maintained and water from ac is leaking into the room over all not good

The location is amazing. Enough sunlight. Receptive staff. Room facility can be improved for greater experience.

No provision for tea coffee preparation in room. No kettle

It was good experience. But i have faced one issue, that is i didn't get the good toilet facility. There is no air ventilation.
