I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the in-house restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had during my trip. Special thanks to the front desk team for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Big disappointment about suit room

The rooms were not clean, and there was no proper water facility available. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive and showed little concern after check-in. The breakfast provided was average. And the suit room was congested than the deluxe room not worth for the money paid.Totally I would rate 2/5.

Location is dreamy. Breakfast buffet got set up a bit later than the promised 8.30 AM (I had a meeting at 9 AM) but when it was set up, it was superlative and finger-licking delicious. The buffet place is a one minute walk from the rooms so take an umbrella (it was raining; so I took my car down the hill). Buffet is on the first floor with a nice scenic view. Ground floor of the restaurant was messy with a dank smell that crept up to the first floor. Like I said, the food and the ambience made up for it (but they should get rid of the dank smell). Amenities and service are world-class. They treat you like family. So you know you’re in safe hands. The rooms and washrooms are 5-star class (and an additional bucket with mug provided, for the discerning traveller). Towels should be dry cleaned (or they should change their dry cleaner) and perhaps shift to white towels. Overall, my stay was awesome! Recommend it for all (and Team Magical, get going on the small feedback, and you’ll be the talk of the town)

The rooms clean and ambience was great. But the greatest disappointment was we were not allowed to access the pool as it was under maintenance. It wasn't mentioned while booking or while making the confirmation call. The only inclusions we opted while booing the room were swimming pool and breakfast. We were denied pool access and the breakfast was terrible.
