Hotel have their on set of rules which are not mentioned in makemytrip also they dont follow makemytrip. I suggest its a cheap hotel without values

the room was very hot and suffocating No ventilation at all. The location is good and convenient for travellers

service is avarage.... coustomer handling is very poor.... please maintain bedsheet and rooms and also washroom....

best rate with best quality room. and the hospitality of staffs are also good..but the pathway to the hotel is not that comfort

Its like boiling hot in the room even for night impossible to sleep try to book ac or dont go there until summer is over.good service and no other issue except the temperature 🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵🥵

Those who visit IIMK it's very nearby, choose only AC rooms far better then non AC ones. food options not there around but you can try zomato.

Facilities are good like geyser, lift and cleanliness

Unhygienic, very less lights, stain full of bed sheets, awful smell from washrooms, old fans with very slow speed, no housekeeping, curtains are full of dust, no dental kits. Please don’t list such properties in mmt.

Room and amenities were good. It was just a night stay and we did not order any food. Location was easy to find and the onsite car parking was okay.

Property OK. Not very clean-just meets basic accommodation needs with the price one is paying. The location is good. For someone who is visiting IIMK, the location is very good. Staff is nice. Even after language barrier, they managed to help me l. Note that the hotel do not have kitchen and so you need to depend on nearby restaurants. Ajwa Restaurant (non veg) and Brother's Hotel (veg) is good. I would rate 6 out of 10

It was a 7 days stay as I was traveling for IIM - classes. This hotel is nearby IIM campus. Easily accessible. Room are OK (Don't expect better from budget hotel). Make sure you take the room on the backside to avoid street noise in the front rooms. Cleanliness is average. On checkout, the hotel refused ti give GST invoice. Overall experience is average.

Overall experience was good except for the washroom where the faucet was hanging from the wall. Room was in good condition.

Lodge was situated in an easily accessible location. The hospitality offered by the staff was average. When we got our non a/c room the room was very much different from the photos in the app. Interior decor and sealing was not at all acceptable we got a very old hard bed with stingy smelling bedsheets and pillows. There was no proper ventilation. There was a wet and stingy smell in the room. In the bathroom, there was no room freshner, and a broken shower stand. The tv which at start was working, then list its signal and no channel was further available. There was only one sliding window at the side of the bedroom was not at all safe. Overall we had a worst stay.

The location is prime almost all possible areas are connected to kunnamangalam and this hotel is just at the main joint. Staff is also good and the room is also clean and overall a good service.
