We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, the staff was polite, and the location was very convenient for local sightseeing. Service was quick and the overall ambience was pleasant. A good place for a short, relaxing trip.

Loved the hospitality! The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was polite and the property was well maintained. However, the swimming pool is just for the name — not well maintained or usable. Overall, a decent stay experience.

Kappad beach, in kozhikode, in god's own country, this place is as close to the Arabian sea as it can get, sea roars in the background even as you are lulled to sleep, oblivious to the rest of the world. Enjoyed every bit of our stay at the Renai kappad beach resorts, staff was most cooperative. We had occassion to enjoy all the sea fish and other delicasies at the resort. thanks🙏👍👍💯

Good location.... near to sea.. good view from hotel room.Food was good...Restaurant service starts from 8am only....

Room and the surroundings of the property was not tha clean. We found photos with spider web hanged inside our room and also contacted for basic toiletries which they provided with much delay. Food was not up to the mark and are very expensive

Endha Vini Nivas really a good actually Library close to Bay Area and especially the receptionist, and the caretaker were really giving a good service, but there was some certain things to improve since the properties very much old and near to the sea area, so maidens is really less, but the quality of food and old is very good. I will give amount 7.5 rating in 10.

it was a pleasant near ocean stay with beautiful sea site and sunset site. Great place for a resort and to stay.

The stay was decent, beach is only a walking distance. However the sea view is blocked by the wall and its decoration hence suggest to book for rooms upstairs. rooms are well maintained .. but lower floor is not comfortable and sea view also. staff's are friendly

The room was pathetic. AC was not ok. food is average. bad experience. no fecility. Smells bad. nothing to say

Good comfortable stay. Enjoyed the hospitality. Food was just average and morning buffet breakfast had only limited choice.

The rooms were very dirty and not cleaned properly. The bedsheet had stains and all the walls had chipping. Also there was a foul smell emanating from the fridge and the bathroom. The tv was not working. The vegetation was not maintained properly, you could see overgrowth of grass everywhere with lizards falling from the room window. The ala carte food and the pricing was okay but some of the hospitality staff were very arrogant despite us not complaining at all at the resort front. The average 3 star hotel is much more habitable than this resort. Also please note that we have booked luxury rooms and no matter what reason the resort team has, perhaps they might say it is due to the saltness in the air near the sea shore the maintenance is what is lacking or non existent in that place which would be very evident to you from day one.

Pros:- Good location Close to beach Silent and peaceful surrounding. Service was Ok an average. Cons:- Old building. Food was below average. Fridge inside room was not working.

Wonderful stay. Nice staff. Beachside property. Nice and relaxing vibe. You can see amazing sunset and sunrise from this property.

Location and Ambience are excellent. Very close to beach. Food was okay but not wow. I would like to give five star to staffs. It would be better if they can install pressure pumps so that water pressure in bathroom will be better.
