Hotel is very near to all kinds of entertainment like malls, restaurant and bus stand. Its one of the best place you can find for this cost. employee are very friendly and also rooms where quite big and clean. I enjoyed my stay here

Average stay for over rated review on social media. Large rooms and clean bathrooms. That's it. Very poor maintenance. Half of the lights and electrical switches do not work. No full service restaurant, bf served in a shabby place and no variety. Overpriced overall. Good location

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Calicut (Kozhikode), and it was an incredibly memorable experience. The city's unique blend of tradition and modernity creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home from the start. The people are genuinely kind and hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. I was particularly impressed by the rich cultural heritage, visible in everything from the architecture to the food. The cuisine in Calicut is absolutely outstanding — from the iconic Malabar biryani to fresh seafood dishes, every meal was a delight. The bustling SM Street (Mittai Theruvu) was a great place to shop and experience local life, while the peaceful beaches like Kozhikode Beach offered beautiful sunsets and a chance to relax. Transportation around the city was smooth and affordable, and I appreciated how easy it was to explore nearby attractions like Kappad Beach and Beypore. The cleanliness and greenery of the city also stood out.

Highly compromised hygiene, torn sofa, not maintained at all. Asked the team twice to for plates to eat and got it after I finished the food.

First room AC out of condition. Second room had AC water dripping entire time. Things seems out of condition

location is superb with access to baby memorial hospital. good food outlets nearby. rooms are very neat & clean. staff is well behaved & welcoming.

Rooms with bad conditions not doing any maintenance properly, no waste baskets, no soaps, partition glasses were damaged. All inside walls full of paint dampness.

As mentioned mini suit with all facilities but actually nathing. Ac leakage, floor damaged mini bar not available water not available in bathroom

Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights.
