Clean rooms and comfortable stay. Polite staffs. Came for a medical conference at Calicut govt medical college. Very near and easily accessible to the venue. Simple n elegant

no hot water available in washroom service hot water for bath need to use kettles for all bookings .

Worst hotel ever

Food quality very poor, complementary breakfast was half cooked paper dhosa. Rooms ok but need to maintain more hygiene. Hotel distance showing wrong in application, it's more than 8 km from kozhikode railway station.

Stay was okay, but for food we dont get plates and necessary bowls and spoon. Ut is like that if we order from the menu given in the room so tha plates from restaurant will be provuded, but all type of food is not available in the menu. So ordered iutside food but no plates were given to us. Very much inconvinient in that. One of the tourist keep on talking near wondow of our room about 45mn very much disturbing

Location is right infront of calicut medical collage gate, food was ok, room is small but neat and clean, staff had very good attitude

Rooms are but small but worth its for its location, everything is near by, and place is less crowded and peaceful

I booked this property checking the location at town. When i contact before checking in understood that this 12 km far from the town. Actually this is cheating to costomers. Then i booked an other hotel and rio rooms booking is non refundable. I am a makemytrip member during many years. I trusted this app and booked this, i request the makemytrip authorities to refund the amount.

The bathroom was having an odour...the ac. water vent open to the bathroom 😞. no table in the room for reading despite it being suite room. the attached kitchen area is not clean.. don't know why they call it suite room

The condition of bathroom and bed is terrible. Cockroach are in the bed. Also map address is going to different address. So that I delay for 1 hours

It was a pleasant stay, the room was neat and clean. The hotel is just beside ion digital zone where most of the entrance exam happens

Staff behaviour was excellent. Though ac in the room was problematic, they allotted another higher grade good room with ac. Room was neat and tidy.

They mentioned free brake fast and they are collected money also from make my trip booking, but morning the receptionist told me go to resturent and give the bill to reception, we refund for 2 person cost per head rs 45-, we are in 3 people actually me, wife and kid, we are select this hotel bcoz of our expectation they are collecting above for this booking so the room and service also good actually it's very bad stay for us, not clean, very bad smell in room, full of cockroaches on the bed toilets tables, and they providing one bath towel it's we can't use bcoz of fungus, my family not satisfied with this stay. Really i didn't take photos bcoz i paid the brake fast bill also i didn't collect from this hotel very bad experience

I booked ac suite room but i was given ac classic rooms. After repeated requests i was told theirs no available rooms and we can't help you out and was very rude
