Hotel was really good, comfortable and nice behaviour of staffs. Rooms are a bit congested that's the only issue. Overall highly recommended

Staffs were not so friendly and hygeine is far away from this entity. Bathrooms and corridors were smelly. Bedsheets and pillows were having stains and smell, does not looks like washed.

I recently stayed at Calicut Palm Residency with my family in July 2025, and we had a mixed experience. The staff were extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel's central location in Calicut city was a major plus. The rooms were clean, but the size felt congested, with limited space to move around the bed. This was particularly challenging with kids. Unfortunately, the design wasn't kid-friendly, with numerous sharp and pointy edges on the TV unit, wardrobe doors, bed, and side tables, posing a risk to our little ones. Additionally, the king-size bed seemed to be made of two smaller beds joined together, which could be hazardous if kids were to jump on it without knowing this. Despite these drawbacks, the staff's hospitality and location made our stay pleasant. With some improvements, I'd still consider staying here again.

It was a great stay. Check in was very easy. The room I got was very clean and had all the necessary amenities.

Given room was small. booked for 4 members. taken additional 1000 rs for another spacious room. room and bathroom was stinking. no proper ventilation / natural light.

Found bed bugs in the bed, tiny and poorly maintained bathroom. Cleanliness needs urgent attention.

Rooms are near but very small they have separate rooms for booking which are very small. Tiny mosquitoes are there all-out provided when complained.

the stay was not upto the mark. we added breakfast also but got just bread omelette. ro om size was also very small. everything was just average.

It was a wonderful experience. All the staff was extremely friendly. It has a good parking space. Moreover the room and washroom facilities were excellent. It has a good ambiance, the room and balcony was neat and clean. I will definitely visit again
