Poor Stay
When we are staying there i the air conditioner was not working properly and we had book deluxe room but the room was not as accepted

Poor Stay
Service was not to the expectations. wifi network was extremely poor and when we enquired about the same, the staff dint have courtesy to even look into it diligently. we raised our concern twice and they just said okay. Dint bother to ask if we got network connection etc. Since we travelled with kids and we were 2 ladies, having network to book taxi or auto was important in an unknown place. Food and room was fine. But the hospitality from staff was poor. they don't even smile or help us

Staff behaviour is good and room also is well hygiene and their restaurant also serve good food parking Good behaviour from the staff and clean and hygiene room

Bad Experience
The room had water leakage, was infected with ants. Very bad experience. No toiletries were provided. Food was average.

Not for families.
The place was absolutely congested located on very busy narrow road. The parking was available for only two cars based on availability. There is a bar as well in the same compound and it’s a mess. There was no help by lodge to carry luggages to room, Strongly suggest families to not visit. The service was pathetic.

average stay in palaya
the location of this hote is good, room is compact and smaller in size , AC service was not done, water drpos out from the AC area, rest was okay, room service is average. The room charges was too high as compared to room sizes and their facilities, food was good, room service was also good

It's nothing like shown in photos, very close and opposite to a bar, not for families, smells all 24hrs, not worth the price paid

GOOD STAY WITH A LITTLE DOWNSIDE
The stay and room was pleasant and neat. The negative and positive is same, The BAR. People coming to BAR is always at the entrance. so coming with Family is might not be reccomendable.

staffs are not proactive, room were clean, no hot water. I took a cold shower at morning 5:30am. It's not great it's not worst

Excellent Stay
The entire service of hotel is excellent. Breakfast is also very good and timely. All staffs are cooperative and supportive. I wish for every success for this park residency.

I was staying for 2 nights but toiletries were provided for 1 night also there was a smell in the room which wasnt comfortable for moving. The staff in the reception told checkout at 10 am whereas document says 12 pm
