Terrible Stay
Booked a Deluxe room a through @makemytrip. After we checked in, the hotel told us the room we booked wasn’t available and offered only a twin bed. We checked out immediately and contacted MakeMyTrip. They tried connecting with the hotel, but there was no response. Even after 2 days, when MakeMyTrip followed up again, the hotel still didn’t issue the refund. Very poor service from both the hotel and @makemytrip – we paid for something we never got.

Staff behavior was ok. But the room has no tv, the bed was torned. I haven't got any sleep because of a noise. I am not sure but it was like a mouse squeaking. Anyway i am disappointed in my stay.

Terrible Stay
Booked for executive double room, unfortunately received one was normal double bed. Only two adults can sleep. Bathroom was pathetic. Requested receptionist to change the room, but he was not ready to give a better one. Waited for more than 30 minutes to get the room. While checkout also they unwantedly held us for more than 15 minutes.

The hotel is at the best location. As we can use public transport very conveniently. I have booked a suite room which was good in terms of space. But the amenities were pathetic. There was no hot water, tv cable connection was not proper, and the maintenance team was inside the room to solve most of the problems but the issues were not able to be solved as well. But they supported early check-in & late check-out. Other than the amenities, everything was fine.

Average stay providing in crystal stay. Bathrooms are not good. Leakage issue was there. They're not giving free waters for customers. They charges money for extra bottle water.

businessToilet is not at all hygiene. Mirror is full of dirt. Bed sheet and blanket seems to be yellow coloured. When i asked them for dental kit, they charged me saying that it’s not complimentary

businessThe room was good but 2pm checkin is causing some inconvenience. Usually all hotels have 12pm check-in. But i was provided 1 hr early checkin. It's a bit nice from the hotel side. But there was no common bathroom available.

Dirty rooms and pathetic room service
stayed there for 1 day. room was dirty. when informed about stains in bedsheets , they told they dont have any bedsheets remaining..toilet doesn't have tissue paper, bath towel and the remaining necessary items..over all an unpleasantb and terrible stay. not at all recommended.. only positive point is the location( opp new bus stand)
