Review Of Hotel Beverly Palace Kozhikode

Hotel is clean but work not completed, WiFi not working and tv also not working. Parking place under construction.

The property was being reworked on, building reconstruction was happening, and it was very dusty, rooms had cobwebs, too much noise at night, breakfast was average, no restaurant Available, nothing like in pictures. Very bad

There was no Wi Fi or even TV in the room. I have booked an extra bed and they were not willing to give and we have to talk harshly to the receptionist for getting. Non hygeinic towel was placed on the bed. Dental kit was not provided. Health faucet was not working and moreover it was not the worth for paid.

Poor maintenance, used towel given, no hot water, no Wi-Fi, no CC cameras, no land phone connection, no fan speed control. it's a new building but they must start the hotel after all facilities completed.

There was no hot water stay is new but still lacks some facility

rooms were not clean...full of dust. no dustbins were provided..floor was full of dust...when ac was switched on..dust was coming out of it
