Terrible unpleasant stay

Terrible experience. There was renovation work going on the entire time we were there. We were not notified of this upon checkin or even afterward. Despite bringing the unpleasant drilling noise to their attention multiple times there was no effort on the part of the staff to either notify the construction crew or relocate us to a different room. The drilling from upstairs and adjacent rooms was particularly loud and seemed dangerously close to room ceiling and walls without adequate safety precautions. Rooms and bathroom seemed pretty outdated and in need of serious upkeep. Overall, terrible stay.

Bath rooms are very bad and not up to the standard of a star hotel. Linen is not clean and shabby. You have charged for a five star category but not up to the standards and even there is no complimentary breakfast also. I have booked the hotel with old memories but lost opinion 😢
