Good Stay
Located in the centre of the city, makes easy access to almost all the tourist spots in and around the city. Hospitality of the staff was heart touching. We had a delicious breakfast and it included the traditional authentic dishes as well as foreign snack items. The balcony room was spacious and it had all the facilities. But the ac and the exhaust fan in washroom were not functioning well.

"Had an excellent experience at Manuelsons Malabar Palace! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impressive. Our was not working prooerly and they came to repair it after 10 o clock in the night so we said no😣other than that stay was okay, rooms are avarage food was good

Terrible unpleasant stay
Terrible experience. There was renovation work going on the entire time we were there. We were not notified of this upon checkin or even afterward. Despite bringing the unpleasant drilling noise to their attention multiple times there was no effort on the part of the staff to either notify the construction crew or relocate us to a different room. The drilling from upstairs and adjacent rooms was particularly loud and seemed dangerously close to room ceiling and walls without adequate safety precautions. Rooms and bathroom seemed pretty outdated and in need of serious upkeep. Overall, terrible stay.
