The pipes and showers in the bathroom were not working properly. When asked, no repaurmen were available and I wasn’t given another room.

A very good hotel to stay. Walkable distance from railway station. Neat and tidy. Well maintained. Very pleasing and helping staff. A small electric kettle may be provided in each room. It will be useful.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean, providing a sense of tranquility and ease.

prices were high suddenly and the roomboys ask for 20 - 30 rupees tips for bringing tea which is provided from an outside hotel.

I vacated the room immediately on check in seeing the poor condition of that lodge. I have to spend more money to get an alternate hotel room which I could get through my personal efforts with much difficulty. I didn't get any reply to my request for a refund of my money. My caution to families, not to book this hotel since it is not suitable for families. With this bad experience I decided to stop my dealings 🙏🏻

I didn't stay there. Immediately on checking in i vacated it and moved to another hotel. It is not a hotel. It is a lodge. You neither read the reply nor see my emails sent to you. I am almost done with makemytrip

The location is in close proximity to calicut railway station. The staff is really amicable. We booked 2 rooms for four guests at very reasonable rates. The room service was also top notch

As per your booking terms there is no kettle and hotwater systems. Moreover its was a tiny room. Am not comfortable with that.
