The room I took didn't even have a bathroom. There is no problem, but you should mention in advance that there is no bathroom at the time of booking.

We have private bathroom for each and every category room; the only problem is NON-AC single-category rooms have no interconnected doors to the bathroom. It will be modified ASAP; we didn’t cheat you. We provided the same category room with all the amenities (which we posted in MMT). through MMT

Room was good and comfortable but too much mosquitoes were there, they should find some solution for that

Terrible Stay
"the hotel was terrible. The check-in time was 12 o'clock, but we arrived around 3. Despite our pre-paid booking, they gave us the last available room, which was cramped, poorly ventilated, and had a bad smell. The fan wasn't working, and they didn't provide basic amenities like soap, water bottles, or slippers. The sheets were dirty. To make matters worse, the electrician arrived an hour later to repair the fan, leaving us frustrated"

DEAR MAM, FIRST OF ALL YOU BOOKED FOR SINGLE PERSON FOR NON AC SINGLE ROOM AND YOU WERE TWO PERSONS. WE HAVE ONLY 3 NON AC SINGLE ROOMS. AS OTHER TWO ROOMS WERE OCCUPIED WE PROVIDED YOU THE LAST AVAILABLE ROOM. AS WE HAD A SUDDEN PROBLEM FOR FAN WE ARRANGED AN ELECTRICIAN ON THE SPOT AND REPAIRED IT. WE PROVIDED YOU ALL THE BASIC AMENITIES AND STILL YOU ARE PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATIONS.
Terrible Stay
The stay in sn residency was so terrible and disgusting. Me and my partner was so disappointed. We checked in the room at 3:30pm and because of the terrible experience we checked out at 5pm. There was an electricity failure in the room for more than 4 times. The room which we got was not the one i have booked. The room wasn't properly cleaned, or there was no television either.

Comfortable. Affordable. Clean. Convenient.
The stay was pretty comfortable and the location of the property was also really convenient. We had opted for the non ac double room. There was no attached bathroom but the common bathroom was clean and well maintained. Only problem was the mosquitoes. Overall pretty comfy stay. Would visit again.
