The bed had bugs .. the bathrooms were clean though . Food was decent.

Overall it was well but construction work going on the property due to this getting disturbed. Breakfast was not good.

the location of the hotel is on the road very near to Raviz and calicut airport, easy to reach. the size of room is Big, very neet and clean. the behaviour of the staff is good, well groomed, helping nature. quality of food is okey. one suggestion form my side is try to give more options for vegetarian.

The rooms were not clean, even the bed sheet was not clean. For me it was very clear that I would never again stay in this hotel again.

I and my colleges so proud and and extremely happy to ur star facility. Ur room and bathrooms are very neat and clan and maintain as as a star look and finish. Inlieu if it ur food is very tasty and appreciable. Keep it up .. Finaaly ur house keeping is also very good

Air conditioner is not working properly I didn’t feel very well because I put whole day 19 degree temperature but unfortunately I feel better the fan.. also restaurant food qauality is good but quantity was disappointed..

Park Residency is a decent hotel. I would say worth checking out, especially for the price they charge. They have ample car parking and the personell are friendly.

Everything was ok. Construction was going on . So there was dust in the corridors washroom lock was not working .

I stayed at Park Residency in Ramanattukara. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was quite good. Facilities were decent overall. A satisfactory experience for a short stay.
