The room was extremely neat and comfortable. The servants are polite and helpful. I am really happy staying at King Fort again.

this place is just ok, rooms are of old design, also washroom was having an dirty smell. Breakfast is excellent

Location is great. Staff are polite friendly and helpful. The rooms though clean had a stink to it. There is a bad stink that emanates through the drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet is good, but there is room for improvement. Food at the olive restaurant is outstanding. It would be nice if there was an intercom to the restaurant for room service.

I couldn't stay at the hotel at all. I had booked my stay fir july 26 through mmt. The meeting i was supposed to attend at calicut got postponed to august 16 due to nipah. So i tried to change the dates on the mm t app, but the damned app showed no booking, though i had already paid the money. Then i tried all the means like their useless phones and e mail etc. Nothing worked. When i called the hotel they said they where helpless since the booking was made through make my trip. There were some numbers given in connection to mmt, but they turned out to be tricksters based at gurgaum. All my efforts to contact this dishonest company failed, and i lost my rs. 4260 or so in vain. Had i booked it through agoda or booking. Com i wouldn't have lost money. Since i feel this mm t is a fraud set up i am planning to approach the consumer court to get adequate compensation for my loss and inconvenience. So guys, beware of make my trip.

Terrible rooms & service, staff was not very courteous. The room wasn't clean. The lighting in the room was bad. Breakfast wasn't upto the mark

Stay here was nice. But heartbreaking was the behaviour of the reception lady. Being a lady she should never do to lady who travel. Seeing me all alone her first comment to me was, we won't allow any visitor to your room she sounded wrong. Each hotels have there own policies but it should not be presented in a wrong manner. Ladies travel-ling alone pls don't go for this hotel as they treat like this.

Drinking water is not available in this hotel. They provide only one complimentary bottle for 3 people stay per day. And charge the rest. There is no in-house restaurant and no room cleaning at all.

They charged for my break fast rs. 555. And it is highlighted in the booking as only meals not included
