Terrible Stay
I ate veg biriyani. Horrible. Paneer got rotten. My stomach got upset, After complaining also no response. Room is good but think before eating.

didn't expect it to be this bad.. room ws full of mosquitos. it has a very small restroom for the price. All the Doors seems old. Inroom Telephone was not working . Went to reception and informed. But didn’t rectify phone complaint or issued another phone Restaurant was open till 10.30 pm Order given by 10.15 pm inside restaurant directly and asked to serve at room. By 10.45 pm informed me that restaurant closed . The boy told me he will arrange parcel but waited for 1 hour to get the parcel food. I am not happy with the way they handles guests

Seems to be understaffed and also the chick look of a lemon tree hotel was a miss. Breakfast was meagre in terms of choices. The best thing was the reception management else all other aspects needs a good look in by the management ... else, it’s among the best placed hotels for sure in terms of location. It could do great business if management can look into these aspects.

An ordinary stay
The hotel seemed old as reflected in the room amenities, a bathroom so small with little space to keep things, poor lighted. Booked for 2 adults, it's quite inconvenient. The hotel may have other category of rooms. But for a night for 2 people, it was quite an unpleasant stay. Breakfast was good. Staff not so interested in online booked guests. Location is very central to the town.

Poor Stay
It sounds like the mosquitoes made it hard to sleep, which can be really frustrating. When you write a review, you can highlight how the issue affected your comfort and sleep. Poor Stay
soloThe rooms are big and spacious but the housekeeping staff doesnt do a good job at all. On checking in, I found that my bedsheets and duvet cover were dirty and used. During my 7 day stay, the bathroom pot was not cleaned even once. Some days, they didnt even mop and sweep the room properly.

Good location, however has a shortage of staff and bad room service.
The location is good however the property has limited parking space and minimal vegetarian food options. Room service can definitely be better not very responsive. The room was infested with mosquitoes & bed bugs so had a bitter experience.

familyWe recently stayed for one night at keys calicut. While the property is conveniently located, offering easy access to local attractions, our overall experience was just average in terms of value for money. The breakfast provided in the morning left much to be desired; it was below average and did not meet our expectations. Additionally, we noticed that the housekeeping team had overlooked clearing out the used amenities in our room, which detracted from our comfort during the stay. On a positive note, the services were satisfactory, though they didn’t stand out. Overall, our visit had its highlights, but improvements could be made in several areas to enhance the guest experience.
