The smell of the room was very bad due to the mob they used. And food facilities are not available. They didn't provide towels, water bottles, soap until we asked them.

The worst I have ever had, the worst I have ever booked.There is no water and wifi and towel.When I asked for a bath towel,they brought to me a stain on it. When I said I didn't want it, they said I would only get it after 8 o'clock..When I asked for water, they said there was no water and No wifi also. I got a dirty room and an unclean bed.When I asked to change rooms, they said there was no other room.I didn't feel like there was an ambiance there for couples to stay, so I checked out right away, but this is the first time I've had an experience like this.So I request you to kindly refund me my amount.

room is spacious, neat and clean with all basic facilities. not recommended for family stay. reception desk was always empty. each time we have to call and contact for any requirement. parking is minimal (max 3 cars) and a steep slope. difficult to reach the place too. no restaurant and food joints nearby. have to depend on online food delivery. hot water was not available though geyser was available. it was leaking too.

Worst experience, the reception is not all manner, there is nobody at the reception to attend the guests or for any queries. Nobody to attend the reception call. Breakfast was included in my payment and the same was not provided in time, I had to request them each time to bring it, also the food given was below average. one of the worst stay
