Good staffs and prompt service . We booked in short notice and get hot room upgraded for free. Great experience

The hotel is very near to IIMK. For someone visiting the campus the hotel is conveniently located. However the hotel lacks basic amenities like comfortable beds, good central AC throughout the AC, ample waters in the bathrooms etc. The reception staff is good polite and helpful but the attention of the Hotel owner is required to upgrade the amenities.

I recently stayed at hotel monad in kozhikode, and it was an outstanding experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with prompt and friendly service. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and the serene ambiance contributed to a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is another major plus. Situated conveniently in the heart of kozhikode, it offers easy access to local attractions, shopping centers, and business hubs. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provides a peaceful and quiet environment, perfect for both relaxation and business travel. The quality and freshness of the food were top-notch, and the service in the restaurant was equally commendable.

Hotel. Monad is decent. Checkin was late. Had added a message in special instructions but it was not communicated to monad so we had to wait in the hotel lobby. The caretaker mr ramesh was very kind to let us use his room ro freshen up since we had to go out for an appointment. The wifi in the rooms do not work. In the lobby wifi works well. Staff is very kind and co-operative. Food served in their restaurant is ok.

No tv in the room and no geyser for hot water. The closet cover is very dirty and not usable. Linen and clothes are not cleaned and washed for several weeks. It is disgusting to such an amount and still a correction from your side does not happen is strange. Partial money refund shall be initiated.

i had a very disappointing experience while booking and staying at hotel monad. I booked an executive room, which was shown at a very high price. The hotel's rating on the site was 3. 8, which seemed reasonable, so i decided to go ahead with the booking. However, upon checking in, i quickly realized that the room was not worth . In calicut city, you can find much better 3-star hotels for the same price. Frustrated, i contacted customer care, and the agent promised to arrange an upgrade for me. Unfortunately, she did not follow through. When i called again, a new agent was unaware of my previous conversation and had no updates regarding my situation. Despite my repeated complaints to customer care, nothing was resolved satisfactorily. Eventually, the hotel management contacted me, and the receptionist came to my room to address my complaint. Her behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional. She did not properly investigate my complaint and dismissed it without any cross-checking. Her attitude towards handling customers was very poor. I will never recommend hotel monad to anyone based on this experience.

1) Monad hotel restaurant service is very bad..I regret , I included brkfast for mu stay…staff were very poor in servicing n if they made something..it was totally absurd to eat…Idly without sambhar is one example. 2 ) room cleaning service was pathethic

I did a one day stay at monad, kozhikode and it was a good experience. Location is very good as it is very close to iim k. Food also good.

The room was excellent and with all comforts. The room services were excellent. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. One defect observed is there was no tv in the room.

Ac not worked both rooms and restaurants. Very clean rooms. Actually we booked for two ac rooms in one click. But we git-one ac and another non ac. But the ac room ac was not worked. Very disturbed my sons in the night unable to sleep.

Room ac not cooling. Hotel surrounded by drunkers because of the bar. Not quality food in the restaurant.
