1st location is superb 2nd staff behaviour is also superb helpfully polite clean hotel lovely stay just inform to cleaning team that if any room handle they see do not disturb cut board so don't open the room for cleaning

no food services,too small rooms,very crowded feeling ,........... ...

The room was spacious for one or two people. My experience was average in terms of room cleanliness. The bedsheet was tidy, and the bathroom was not that clean, as expected. Totally, it was an average experience for me.

Well maintained rooms with cleanliness and location near to Railway Station within a market Place with all important commodities available

Cleanliness of cupboards , washrooms, were poor. Duvets were old . Paint on wall were worn. Staff were friendly and nice.

Location is walking distance from railway station.Rooms are clean and well maintained.Safe for both girls also travelling solo

Its centrally located. But rooms needs to be cleaner. They need to pay attention to the windows panes. It can be opened from outside. No window grills also. It poses a security threat

there is no service even tea also u have to go outside dirty room .. only one staff is there even washroom is like ghost place

SAAS RESIDENCY is my choice always near to calicut railway station only walkable distance, Neat and clean rooms, staff also co-operative, Restaurant was excellent but recently closed. My opinion is to open that restaurant.The food was excellent and tasty.that's my only opinion. 😊

1.Food is not available in the property. 2.There are lots of eataries around this place. 3.Location is very near to Railway Station and Road transport is available nearby. 4.Facilities are very good neat and clean room with A/c and hot water. 5.Very good staffs.
