Terrible Stay

My recent stay at HOTEL SIMQO BY ADDON, Calicut was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. The room provided was unclean, with used napkins , indicating extremely poor housekeeping standards. This place is absolutely not suitable for families. The hotel also misrepresented its facilities – there was no lift, no food service, and no basic toiletries despite these being mentioned during booking. Overall, my experience was uncomfortable and distressing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Hotel management seriously needs to improve hygiene, honesty, and service standards.
