Review Of Hotel Beverly Plaza Kozhikode

It was a very nice stay at this property, location, cleanliness, hospitality, response,

they denied my checkin and behaved rudely this property is not suitable for family. such a local setup

the boy in the frontdesk was friendly and after checkin there came another man who's mostly rude. fan was not working and when I tell that. he says that's all he have. so we pay and we stay without fan. what the heck. but the boy give another room and we shifted to other room. parking area is too congusted.

bad experience ever had. no hot water. no provision for tea. no food .no complementary breakfast. I didn't stayed there and I did not check in ...very bad...only a lodge

This property is good, located near SM Street. Food is not included. Parking is limited. The ambience is nice.

The stay was so terrible and the cleanliness was not at all there the service was too bad not any facilities were provided , the condition of the room was not neat with full of dust and spider webs ,lift was not working ,toilet was not clean even the bed sheet and comforts also seems to be in bad condition.Room was fully filled with dust particles

worst Hospitality is very poor... Staff are very bad at dealing with customers. room was not clean. they didn't clean the room even we told them to clean. There was no parking facility. overall very bad.. we'll not prefer this hotel any more

It is a new property , very comfortable and nice stay . Everything was neat and proper . worth of money

The hotel’s location, room quality, and service were all very good. However, there was no iron box available, which was a bit inconvenient.

In booking stated that Hot and cold water available.. But there is no Hot water facilty.. There for l can not bath from there.. So make nessesary refund against this
