I had a terrible experience in the room. The fan was broken, making it uncomfortable to stay. Additionally, our fruits accidentally spilled on the bedsheet, causing a mess. Instead of addressing the room’s issues, the management asked me to pay ₹1000 for the bedsheet. It felt unfair, considering the room itself was not in proper condition.

Superb good experience. I do recommend others to stay at this hotel. Budget price, neat and clean, city centre.

Bad response from them. Not provided basic requirements. When asked they are not aware for shampoo, shaving kit etc

Location is very attractive, it's just near to ksrtc. Just walkable distance from the bus stand.

Located near ksrtc kozhikode. Prime location to access the city. Rooms are average. Rooms are average neat renovation for wall papers, apart from the room was clean.

Bad experience. Very rude staff at night not even allowed me to enter the room i booked. Worst visitors policy. I was ready to pay extra for the vistor since my brother in law needed to change dress. I came night for the check in still didn't allow me to check in since the guest only reached by early morning. Cigarette smell all over the place. Didn't propose me a solution for the vistors policy. Not at all welcoming

Clean and neat room, close to mall, good restaurants and beach. Welcoming by front desk person. Good for family stay.

Rooms are good. Service is not upto the mark. Need to improve. Customer flexibility isn't entertained.

Clean and well maintained room. Only negative thing i could find about this hotel is that rooms aren't soundproof so your neighbours might disturb you at night.

All was okay, clean & comfortable. Lift was very small. Room was very small. It was renovated old building, old wine in new bottle. I compared with other hotels as well, competitively other hotels were better at this price range.
