the property and the staff's behaviour was nice. but if u ask me if it's worth 5k per night... I'm doubtful. The place is pricey. Even an extra water bottle apart from the tiny two in the room was charged 32/-. The pillow cover was torn.. there were no plates or spoons or iron box or bathroom slippers in the deluxe room. overall an an average stay because u expect more for 5000/-. also the place is in the centre of the city which is helpful. and there's an Indian coffee house right behind it too.

No cleanliness😟 saffocating room. Excessive pest control medicine smell, poor service. Pathetic overall. Not recommending anyone.

The stay was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. There was a minor issue with the washroom drainage, but apart from that, everything was very good.

The rooms are fine but there were some building works going which went on till 10 pm which was quite disturbing to sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the experience to be mixed. On the positive side, the property is conveniently located in the city, which made travel and access to key areas very easy, and the receptionist demonstrated polite and professional behavior, ensuring a smooth check-in process. However, the room provided was considerably smaller than expected given the price, and the limited space created a rather confined atmosphere that felt uncomfortable. While the service and location are commendable, the overall value for money is diminished by the room size and sense of restriction.

Rooms are decent, staff is friendly. Breakfast options needs to improve, serving same food daily is an off. Services are good and worth the pay.

Try to provide all channels in the television. I thought of a city view room. but it was not like that.

As far as the location is concerned, it was an ideal location. The food, we only had breakfast which was average and the same thing served daily. We had an issue with the rooms, they were located right next to a pub attached to the hotel, hence was very noisy. We asked for a change in rooms which we were given, but were downsized from superior deluxe to ordinary rooms. When we raised the issue we were not compensated in any way, nor did anyone acknowledge and or accept their fault. As far as service in the rooms, too we had to make repeated requests for anything that was required. Overall an average experience.
