I stayed this hotel in Calicut and had a terrible experience despite booking an AC deluxe room. When I arrived, the AC was not working, the health faucet in the washroom was broken, and the room clearly hadn’t undergone any pest control — it was full of cockroaches and other insects. I first complained about the AC issue around 10:20 PM. A staff member came, said he didn’t know much about the AC, fiddled with the remote, and left. The problem continued, so I called again after 20–30 minutes. The same person returned and did exactly the same thing, with no result. Finally, after repeated complaints, they changed my room — but only at 1:15 AM.

My stay at this hostel was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was in terrible condition — dirty, no hot water, and completely unhygienic. The floor tiles were broken, and the walls were full of cracks. For the high price they charge, this place is absolutely not worth it. If they can’t provide basic cleanliness and comfort, they shouldn’t be running a hostel. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's our right as guests to expect a decent room for the money we pay.

Our stay was generally pleasant, with nice service from the hotel staff. However, we faced some challenges with location awareness. The hotel's location within the building wasn't clearly indicated, and local cabs seemed unfamiliar with it. Upon arrival, we had to search for the hotel on the 6th floor as there were no visible boards or signs outside the building. Despite this, the hotel's service made up for the inconvenience.

The facility was good the staffs were okay but I would prefer more cleanliness in toilets and bedroom…the towels are provided when ask and not already set in toilets some toilets have ruined mirrors too

I had booked this room purely based on the pics , how it was shocked to know that the reality is different and the pics and facility does not match. in my life this was forst worst unhygienic place ever I saw, and I didn't check in this hotel invite of making 2 days booking. no hopes.

Good service. Great location. I came for a business meet. I will definitely revisit this property if ever comes to Calicut. Thank you once again.
