This place was best choice for my solo journey. cozy room, helopful staff, and a positive vibe. Great stay!

there is no TV....no ac remote.....bathroom ohhh God it's terrible....haven't slept properly due to ac not cooling properly ..

We didn't stay there. Because they denied our stay because of some maintenance work issues. And i booked another room. I already registered a complaint in make my trip app. But i didn't get any response. I lost my money.

Good option for staying near bus stand good behaviour of staffs but still some basic things are not providing like brush paste etc.

i booked for an ac room, when checked in the receptionist told me ac room not available, he asked me 400/- for early check in at 9am for a 2 hour advance, his attitude was not customer friendly, the room was stinky, tv was not working, i had a bad sleep due to small ants running around the bed, checked out this morning itself, overall a terrible and horrible experience 🙏. *

Your app charges extra charges for break fast and the hotel does-not provide us any breakfast. Worst experience. I don't recommend this app to any one

Booked for 3days paid advance and then they charged extra after reaching the hotel. Plus we checkout after 2days but the did not refund any money. The room was also very dirty plus they didn't not even come foo cleaning. I want my 1 day refund. Such a terrible hotel with high price. Not upto expectation

Poor communication and welcome from the reception. After one hour only checked in that too after paying extra amount of 333. The invoice of extra payment hasn't received asper diksha promised. Room condition was below average. Reminded old hospital room kind of ambience! tv wasn't working. The hotel people ask me to pay additional amount for staying, and l can't touch with your coustomer care, why shouldn't you give the customer care number along with booking details
