The room was good, but the property had limited parking. The road to reach the parking was narrow and parked car was partially exposed to sun or rain. The breakfast was average, as the taste was not that great. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and hassle-free. Proximity to the beach and Mananchira square are great positives.

Overall experience is good, But morning breakfast time is 8 o clk , So consider before 7 or 7.30 is fine. I missed the breakfast due to my appoinment

Merits : Room was neat. Corridors was spacious. Reception was friendly. Demerits : lift is in first floor from Reception. Hardly any lobby space. Lack of decent parking space. Badly kept and poor serviced banquet hall. No clue on breakfast service and lacked neatness

The stay was good but the room images shown did not justify. The room was a bit outdated with paints coming off. There could have been a better table to eat as the provided table was too small. The bathroom was not very clean. Overall a good stay for the price paid as it is very near to the beach and other places.

Cozy and well-maintained rooms equipped with all essential amenities. Although private parking isn't available, the staff were incredibly helpful, even arranging common parking late at night. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the beach and well-connected to other parts of Kozhikode. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel, ideal for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city.

very small room and no fans, AC was also not working properly. delay response from staff. overpriced

There is no gated parking for the facility, you need to park the car on the side of the road. Room have enough space even we put an extra bed there. I think, there is no kitchen in the hotel and the food in the morning in below average. If you are late for the break fast, some of the items may not be there. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Hotel was under renovation with a lot of paint work and scaffolding, lift was not working, none of this was communicated prior check in. Rooms were damp, not clean, washroom lights were tripping continuously, had to change room. Very limited parking that too in a narrow street.

The property is out dated now. Interior and furnitures are weared an teared. Not well cleaned. Compared to my last visit a year ago, the facilities, the cleaness are not satisfactory. There are some rennovation going on for the building. Food is average. Location is near the beach.
