The location is good. Located at the shore of kozhikode beach. The staff is polite and helpful. Food and drinks prices are too high. One Budweiser mangum cost 600. The most premium bar lounges in Ernakulam charge a maximum of 450. Here they offer a mediocre rooftop bar and they charge so much for drinks. Rooms are huge but average. Hot water was not available. They provided one tiny soap for 2 people. The bathroom does not have exhaust. The hotel must be removed from the category of 3 star

Sea Queen Hotel offers a perfect stay near Calicut beach with spacious rooms and a beautiful sea view. The rooftop restaurant is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunset, though the pricing is slightly on the higher side.

the lobby area does not have air conditioning despite having centralized AC. when I asked about it they said it's never switched on.

For our ne family, 2 rooms given different places. Geycer , shower are not working. Room service is bad. When we asked them, the reason what they say is that they didnt know we beling to one family. Its communication gap between MakeMyTrip and hotel

The rooms are quite old and not well maintained. The ac was too noisy and difficult to handle. Bathroom fittings are also not working properly. Over all the place is ok to stay

The stay was satisfactory but there is a big room for improvement . There was no WiFi service, heater was not working and many other amenities given in the app is missing there ( including Hair dryer etc )

The stay was good. All the staff gave us a pleasant welcome and we got early check in. The room had all facilities but was old and lagged comfort .The hotel is rightly placed in the heart of Kozhikode beach and we were able to travel to all hotspots conveniently.

SERVICE IS GOOD. THE ROOMS ARE NOT UPTO THE MARK. THE ROOM I BOOKED IS HAVING UNPLEASENT SMELL. WHEN I ASKED TO CHANGE THE ROOM. THEY IMMEDIATELY GAVE ANOTHER ROOM.

I was initially a bit skeptical about booking this hotel due to the mixed reviews on Google, but I decided to take a chance and booked it for a family vacation and I’m glad I did! From the moment we checked in to the time we left, everything went smoothly. I had opted for the beach view suite, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning, truly one of the highlights of our stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel were impressive. The kitchen is located on the 3rd floor, and the food served was delicious and well-prepared, although slightly on the expensive side. Still, the taste and quality made it worth it. The buffet breakfast was another strong point, with a wide spread of options and good quality maintained throughout. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable beachside getaway.
